RETURN POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Sweet Dames cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier). Sweet Dames does not accept returns nor extend refunds for orders that have been delayed by the carrier.
Sweet Dames must be alerted of any and all disputes with the shipping carrier within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at orders@sweetdames.com. Please provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will do our best to help!
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or change your order, please call us at 202.594-9039 or email orders@sweetdames.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate, however please note it may not be possible due to our fast order turnaround time.
SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders with cold packs ($3.00 cost included in shipping) from early June to mid September. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the shipment upon delivery.

How will my macaroons be shipped?
All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Where does Sweet Dames ship from?
We ship all packages out of our production space in Washington, DC.
When can I expect my order to ship out?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 10AM EST will be shipped the next day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped two days from the day you placed your order.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, please choose the Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping option at checkout, or call us at 202.594.9039 and we can do our best to make special arrangements for you to get your macaroons sooner.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped out.
Do you offer same day shipping?
We are happy to set up a messenger service for you for same day delivery within Washington, DC only. Please note that this option is available subject to inventory, timing and delivery location. Additional delivery fee does apply. Please call us directly at 202.594.9039 to make arrangements.
How will my order ship during the summer?
IMPORTANT WARM WEATHER NOTICE: We ship all orders with cold packs ($3.00 cost included in shipping) early June through mid September. For any orders being shipped outside of the Washington, DC area, we strongly advise shipping via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the shipment upon delivery. Due to the nature of our products, if you do not ship via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and confirm someone will be able to receive the delivery, Sweet Dames cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive in perfect condition (some melting may occur.) If you select the Ground shipping option, please refer to the below map to see how long your order will be in transit.
Can packages be shipped to PO boxes?
Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. If you address the delivery to a PO box we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Does someone need to be available to receive the delivery?
While a signature is not required at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for package(s) left unattended upon delivery.
How is Sweet Dames packed for shipping?
Every attempt is made to ensure that our macaroons arrive in perfect condition. Each package is hand wrapped for a safe delivery.
My macaroons arrived broken – can they be replaced?
Oh no! Please let us know immediately. In the isolated event that breakage occurs, we will be happy to replace your macaroons. Simply return the broken macaroon package(s) to us and we will send you replacement pack(s) at no additional cost to you.
How far in advance should I place my custom order?
There is a 2-week lead-time to the ship date for all custom orders. If you need your product(s) sooner please contact us directly at 202.594.9039 and we’ll do the best we can to accommodate you. Please note a rush fee may apply.
